A Passion for Authentic Cuisine

My Recipe Book was born from a deep love for the culinary traditions of Georgia, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. These regions share a remarkable heritage — where food is not just sustenance, but a celebration of family, culture, and history.

Our founder, Vakhtang, grew up surrounded by the aromas of freshly baked Khachapuri and simmering pots of Lobio. Inspired by the warmth of Georgian supra feasts and the vibrant street food markets of the Middle East, this project became a way to preserve and share these cherished recipes with the world.

Every recipe on our site has been carefully researched, tested, and written to ensure authenticity while remaining accessible to home cooks everywhere — no matter their skill level.
